As I mentioned in my HoloLens talk last Friday, there are two paths to build HoloLens apps. The Easy Path: UWP First, you can build a Universal Windows Platform (UWP) App. It's amazingly simple and if you've been working in Visual Studio (like me) for a long time, you'll feel right at home.
